Merna Jarbo, DO

Merna Jarbo, DO, is a dedicated Family Medicine Physician committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care with a focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and women’s health. She earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital. Since beginning her practice in 2020, Dr. Jarbo has been focused on supporting patients through all stages of life, helping them maintain and improve their overall health and well-being.

Dr. Jarbo finds great fulfillment in continuity of care and values building long-term relationships with her patients. She believes that getting to know patients beyond their immediate medical concerns allows her to provide more personalized and meaningful care. Her approach emphasizes understanding the complete picture of each patient’s health, coordinating closely with specialists, and ensuring that every aspect of care aligns with the patient’s individual needs and goals. She is guided by the principle of “first, do no harm” and strives to care for each patient with the same compassion and attention she would offer her own family.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Jarbo enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and watching movies and series from the Marvel universe.
