About Briahnnon Long, NP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Briahnnon Long, NP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a diverse clinical background in acute, subacute, and primary care settings. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oakland University in 2009 and began her career as a registered nurse in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, where she developed a strong foundation in critical care and patient advocacy. She later pursued her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Michigan–Flint, graduating in 2020, and became board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Briahnnon provides care across multiple clinical environments, including hospital medicine, skilled nursing facilities, and primary care. Her broad experience allows her to support patients through complex medical needs while maintaining a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and overall wellness. She is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and building meaningful relationships with her patients.
Outside of medicine, Briahnnon enjoys spending time outdoors, supporting her husband and two children at hockey events, and making the most of Michigan summers through camping, boating, and family activities.
